Nathan M. Brooks M.D.
Dr. Brooks is married with four children, raised in Safford, Arizona. Currently lives in Queen Creek, Arizona. He trained at Saba University School of Medicine, and completed postgraduate training at University of New Mexico specializing in Family Medicine. Since finishing training, Dr. Brooks has worked in Urgent Care Medicine for several years, and recently decided to practice close to home. Dr. Brooks is board certified in Family Medicine and a member of the AMA, AAFP, and ABUCM. If not at work he's probably enjoying his beautiful family or working in the yard.
Justin Ehmke P.A.-C
Justin is married with two children. He is from Show Low, AZ. Likewise, J.Ehmke lives in Queen Creek, Arizona. He trained at A.T. Still University, and is board certified as a Physician Assistant in the state of Arizona. If not at work, he's probably hunting, fishing or spending time with his beautiful wife and children.

The Staff consists of Front Office Specialists, Medical Assistants, Practical Radiology Technicians, Office Management and Billing Management.
